MMA & Striking Concepts With Mike Dogs Starts This Thursday!
Starting this Thursday at 6pm, learn some striking & MMA concepts with Mike Dogs, who has competed in MMA, and GSP who will be contributing wrestling thoughts. Beginners are welcome to come see what it’s about! (It’s not “vs mode” sparring on day 1, so you know.) Who doesn’t like hitting stuff for fun and stress relief?
