This sticky post was created to give a glance at what you’ll find, and where, in the PSBJJA curriculum.
The first thing to look at is the highlighted list of Pedro Sauer Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Association belt requirements.
Note that not all techniques are highlighted. This simply means that they are not requirements for stripes, but will be requirements for your blue belt. They're the ones you have left to learn during stripe 4 (a time which I will be watching your rolling, for consideration, as well)
Having the above list gives you the names, as taught through the PSBJJA, which is useful information if you search and study using the videos of Pedro Sauer himself teaching them (highly recommended!)
At PMA, we draw both from the PSBJJA curriculum, and some of the Gracie Combatives fundamentals. This means that the above image is not the full list of techniques to know for stripes on your white belt.
A complete mind-map of the required White-To-Blue techniques for PMA is here, with the required Gracie Combatives techniques included (in blue font).
That mind map appears, on test night, as a series of slides that you will follow through your test.
Lastly, if it helps you, here is an mp3 of the moves dictated exactly as they will be on test night, so you can mentally rehearse.
