I HAVE to find a way to train more with James Gardner. He's one of Pedro's very top guys, and took over the UT school, along with John Carlquist, when Pedro moved East. (John is amazing, too).
James has some health condition where, if his heart rate raises above [a very moderate number] for any amount of time, he could literally die.
He's known to be an absolute wizard, and you'll see why in this video so densely packed with jiu jitsu wizardry, it's unbelievable. So many tiny details, and unexpected transition ideas. I could probably list 5-10 things he shows that I didn't know at all, TODAY, until looking more closely at this video.
