Here are some great topic ideas for this forum:
- Make a fitness journal topic that mostly you post in (but others can chime in with encouragement or ideas for you)
- Share workouts that are helpful to you
- Ask questions of your peers, regarding workout regimens, diet, etc to take advantage of the hive mind to help you reach your goals
- Find times with other like-minded students to work out
- Share videos or graphics you've come across that helped you with your form or outlook on an exercise
